A Deck with a ‘DIFFERENCE’ and ‘NO MORE LEAKS’

A deck with a ‘difference’ was something that was chosen for this home. It was ‘OUT’ with the decking timber and ‘IN’ with a waterproofing Duradek membrane. The purpose was the under deck could be used for storage without the home owner being rained on….That’s right – NO MORE LEAKS!!!
The client chose ‘Ultra Legacy Beach Pebble’ for its pebble stone look and therapeutic feel on the feet. The client also required a finished slip resistant surface, instead of products that produced splinters, popping nails and unusable space due to water leaks. Duradek was the ultimate product for the ultimate finish.
